- Claudio Zimarino - Growing up near the Adriatic Sea in Italy, Claudio’s connection to the ocean was forged through childhood moments—playing in the sand, swimming, sailing, and gathering with friends by the shore. While his family had no ties to the superyacht industry, the sea’s influence instilled in him a deep appreciation for creativity and adventure. This bond became the cornerstone of his career.
Claudio’s journey began with a degree in engineering from Politecnico di Milano, where he developed a structured and methodical approach to problem-solving. Beyond academics, sports played a pivotal role in shaping his character. Tennis taught resilience, sailing emphasized teamwork, and cycling instilled discipline, conquering a tough climb requires focus, pacing, and determination —lessons that resonate in his professional life.
